Customer Service Rep, Customer Success Management
B&Q Bedford is hiring a Customer Advisor in the Decor Department on a permanent full-time contract of 36.75 hours per week. You will be an expert adviser, helping customers with home improvement projects, selling products, managing stock, and setting up displays.
Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be provided, with customer service as the main goal. You should be friendly, team-oriented, flexible to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
