Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to seek out new opportunities in Bedford using traditional prospecting methods.

Our client offers easy-to-use textile services that ensure safe and hygienic solutions for the best possible customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound leads through various channels, including website, email, telephone, and others.
Continuously build and update the sales pipeline.
Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
Obtain renewal dates of prospects tied to contracts with competitors.
Conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, which may include generating appointments and leads for our sales teams.
Prospect for new business, including participation in strategic marketing campaigns.
Present, promote, and demonstrate the company's services to prospective clients effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and

Qualifications:

At least secondary-level education (depending on country-specific levels).
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Ability to analyse sales results and customer information.
Advanced planning skills to achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems or similar tools.
Basic to intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills.
