Hours:

Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 4.00pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: £28,500 - £32,500 per annum

Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading supplier based just North of Bedford. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at a relaxed yet professional office environment near Bedford.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

* Processing orders accurately and efficiently

* Maintaining records within CRM and accounts systems

* Providing after-sales support and resolving issues

* Coordinating deliveries, chasing ETAs and PODs

* Organising hire agreements and equipment installations

* Liaising with customers regarding off-hire dates

Requirements:

* 2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused role Previous

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

* Experience with both hire and sales processes

* Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
