We are recruiting for an ambitious and commercially focused
** Regional Business Development Manager
** to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships across your assigned region.

As a
** Regional Business Development Manager**, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within your region. You will target insurers, fleet operators, dealerships, and other automotive sectors, positioning Copart’s solutions as the provider of choice for vehicle remarketing and salvage services.

The salary for this position is £31,997 per annum (+ referral bonus)###

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to meet growth targets.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in key automotive and insurance markets.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, managing the full sales cycle.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales activities.
* Present Copart’s services and value proposition to decision-makers across multiple sectors.
* Work cross-functionally with operational, commercial, and marketing teams to support implementation and service excellence.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and reporting on activity, pipeline, and results.
* Represent Copart at industry events and regional networking opportunities.###
** What we need from you:
**** Essential:
*** Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a regional/field-based role.
* Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
* Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of value-based selling.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
** Desirable:
*** Background in automotive, insurance, logistics, or fleet management sectors.
* Experience selling complex service solutions to corporate clients.
