A well-established and fast-growing commercial service provider is looking for B2B Account Managers to join their vibrant renewals team in Bedford. With over two decades of consistent growth and a reputation for excellence, this is your chance to be part of a business that puts client relationships at the heart of everything it does.
You must be a proactive relationship builder with a knack for account management and client retention.
This is not a cold-calling role — you’ll be working with long-standing clients who already value the service, giving you a real platform to build strong, consultative relationships.
The Role- Managing a portfolio of existing business clients with policies up for renewal
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and secure renewal of services
- Handling objections or competing quotes professionally and effectively
- Ensuring all policy and client information is accurate and up to date
- Identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities and passing warm referrals to the sales team
- Experienced in account management, renewals, or B2B customer service
- Skilled communicators, both written and verbal
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on new opportunities
- Energetic, motivated, and committed to delivering great service
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)

- Fully funded professional qualification (Cert CII)
