Bedford
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 08:30AM to 5:00PM
Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum, plus annual bonus
Fully office based position
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to join a well-established, growing client based in Bedford.

Duties of a Sales Account Coordinator:
- Speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Preparing and following up quotations.
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Managing customer accounts and building relationships.
- Liaising with UK and European suppliers.
- Chasing outstanding quotations and opportunities.
- Upselling additional products where appropriate.
- Keeping customer records up to date.
- Supporting the wider sales team.
- Processing up to 90 customer orders per day once trained.
What we would like from you:
- Previous Sales Support, Sales Administration or Customer Service experience.
- Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
- Naturally curious with a desire to understand customers' needs.
- Able to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive and a great team player.
