Sales Manager, £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £75K), Career Progression

- £30,000 - £35,000 base salary + guaranteed commission for 6 months (£500 - £750 per month) + uncapped bonus scheme (£75,000 realistic OTE, £100,000+ achievable for top performers).
- Monday-Friday working hours with occasional Saturday mornings in the future (approximately 1 in 5/6 Saturdays for around 2 hours for customer handovers and check-ins).
- Join a successful and growing trailer business supplying new and used road-going trailers across the UK and Irish markets, with a reputation for quality products, excellent customer service and investing in its people.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a specialist trailer business with a clear and supported pathway into a Sales Manager position. This role is ideal for a hungry sales professional with an interest in automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, plant equipment or engineering products.
