Position: Sales Executive – £35k–£60k  Uncapped Commission

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a highly successful and expanding business in Bedford, looking to add talented, driven Sales Executives to its energetic, high-performing sales team. With basic salaries from £35,000 to £50,000, rising to £60,000 for exceptional sales professionals, plus uncapped commission and generous bonuses, this is an opportunity where your earning potential really is in your hands.

Converting warm leads into new business opportunities Making outbound sales calls and engaging with prospective customers Selling market-leading insurance products Building strong, long-lasting client relationships Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Growing your own portfolio of clients, supported by a dedicated renewals team Maximising your commission through new business and repeat earnings THE PERSON – HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for proven salespeople who are hungry for success! You'll ideally have: A strong background in outbound sales, telesales or business development Experience making 80 outbound calls per day A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets Confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload A proactive, self-motivated attitude A genuine desire to progress professionally and financially Insurance experience isn't essential – we're particularly interested in talented sales professionals with transferable skills and a successful sales track record.
