Overview
We are currently working with a leading UK Facilities Management service provider to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to work on a public sector site in the Bedford area.
Responsibilities- Carry out fault finding and defect rectification to electrical plant and equipment.
- Carry out pre-planned maintenance of electrical plant and equipment.
- Install new plant and apparatus.
- Document inspection findings and pursue fault rectifications.
- Work as part of a close-knit team; be prepared to work independently at times.
- C&G Electrical Certificate or other recognised electrical trade qualification; must have served a recognised trade apprenticeship and be qualified to BS7671 (Current Edition of the IEE Regulations).
- At least 5 years of associated trade experience post-apprenticeship.
- Must be prepared to undertake training courses to expand technical abilities if required by the business.
