• Installation, Service, and Maintenance:
  Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of CCTV security products to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  Deliver outstanding service to our customers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  Utilise in-depth technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of system functionality and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 4 years of experience in CCTV installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding.
• Skills:
  
  Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions, Knowledge of setting up cameras. Hikvision experience is essential.
• Customer Focus:
  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both team members and customers.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Must be able to work at low to medium level heights.
• Occasional working away.
• Live within easy access to our office.
• Full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
