Paragon Social Care is recruiting Children's Support Workers to provide round-the-clock, trauma‑informed support for children and young people in local authority care. Roles include working in residential settings and community packages with a supportive team.
Desirable experience with children, calm and resilient approach, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle are required. DBS checks will be completed for safeguarding. Availability of 2–3 shifts per week is requested.
