Bedford Borough Council is recruiting an Employment Project Officer to support residents through the Connect to Work programme. You will manage a caseload of participants facing barriers to employment, delivering person-centred, holistic support to improve their chances of securing and maintaining work.
You will work within the IPS Grow and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models, providing motivation, development and pastoral guidance.
