  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with relevant tech stacks (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)
  • 3+ years leading a software or Dev Ops engineering team in an agile environment
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade systems with strong SDLC discipline
  • Experience building or modernizing distributed systems at scale
  • Strong proficiency with Git Hub Actions and Git Ops practices and workflows
  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated AI practitioner: actively uses AI tooling (e.g. Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) in your own workflow and has driven adoption/enablement within teams you've led
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with additional CI/CD tooling:
Git Lab, Jenkins, Ansible Automation Platform
  • Experience with Snowflake for data platform integration and operations
  • Elasticsearch and Kibana
  • Public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
