HGV Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver
Location:
Bedford
Salary: £14.82ph
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 05:30am start, 37 hours per week
My client, a well respected local authority, is recruiting for HGV Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver to join their team in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver seeking secure, long term work with clear progression on pay and benefits.
As an HGV Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver
, you will play a key role in supporting local services by following a plan on cleaning the roads and keeping them safe and tidy for public use.
- Driving a HGV Class 2 Road Sweeper across the area on pre-planned routes
- Ensuring all roads are clean and safe for the public use
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous road sweeper driving experience is desirable but not essential
- A valid HGV Class 2 (Category
C) licence - CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of Bedford and surrounding routes is an advantage.
