Class 2 Driver

IRD Recruitment is actively hiring HGV Class 2 drivers to support one of our key clients in the Bedford area. If you’re a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent weekday work, this is a great opportunity to join a well‑run operation with strong support from our team.

• Type of Work:
  Multi‑drop deliveries (up to 20 drops max)
• Drop Radius:
  Close‑distance deliveries within one county
• Location:
  
  Bedford
• Additional Requirement:
  Confident with London driving and deliveries

• Days Only:
  Start times between 03:00 - 12:00
• Working Days:
  Monday to Friday

• Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday allowance)
• Consistent weekday work
• Weekly pay through IRD Recruitment
• Ongoing support from our experienced consultant team

• Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) Licence
• Valid CPC and Tacho Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
• Confident with London routes and delivery points
• Comfortable with technology and completing paperwork
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
