The Role Join one of the UK's largest supermarket distribution operations with HG Recruitment. We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers for ongoing work delivering ambient and chilled products to ASDA stores. You'll primarily drive Class 1 vehicles, with occasional Class 2 work when required all paid at the full Class 1 rate.

The Role Supermarket store deliveries across the region. Ambient and chilled products. Class 1 store deliveries with trailer bay unloading. Occasional Class 2 deliveries to smaller stores, including cage deliveries and collections. Daily vehicle checks, electronic PODs and compliance with Driver Hours and Working Time regulations. Any 5 days from 7 with regular weekend work. Typical start times: 22:0003:00. Benefits Excellent premium hourly pay.

Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience. Willing to complete Class 2 work when required (paid at Class 1 rate). Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only). Good knowledge of Driver Hours and Working Time regulations. Reliable, professional and customer focused. Weekend availability is essential.
