HGV Class 1 Store Delivery Drivers

Position Overview

Interaction Recruitment is hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers in Marston Gate for a temp‑to‑perm opportunity.

Sunday - Thursday, approximate start times 23:00 – 03:00.

• Annual salary: £45,500 (paid weekly)
• Hourly rate: £21.00 per hour
• Holiday pay accrued %
• Sick pay and pension
• Free insurance (paid sick days, accident, and family leave)

• Deliver products nationwide to unmanned stores.
• Transport goods to customers' premises.
• Conduct general driving duties with up to five drops per night.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy.
• Show initiative, eye for detail, and meet tight deadlines.
• Accurately follow instructions and use manual handling equipment for bulkier items if required (full forklift training provided).

• 1 year experience driving Class 1.
• Current C+E licence required.
• Current Digi Tacho card required.
• Driver CPC card required.
• FLT licence would be an advantage (training provided).

Temp 2 Perm role – 12 weeks before transition to permanent employment.
