Workchain is currently recruiting for a reliable and professional    HGV Class 2 Driver    to join one of our well-established clients in the Bedford area. This is an excellent opportunity offering ongoing work with the chance to secure a permanent position for the right candidate, along with a pay increase once taken on permanently.

The Role      Delivering food products to commercial customers.

Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are made safely and efficiently.

Maintaining excellent customer service at delivery locations.

Ensuring all paperwork and delivery records are completed accurately.

Adhering to all road transport and driver regulations.

Working Hours       Tuesday to Saturday

04:00 AM starts

Minimum 10 hours' pay guaranteed per shift

Pay & Benefits      £16.04 per hour.

£20.00 per hour after 40 hours worked.

Pay increase once you secure a permanent contract.

Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Weekly pay while working through Workchain.

Ongoing, full-time work with a reputable employer.

Requirements      Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) licence.

Valid Driver CPC qualification.

Digital Tachograph card.

Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Previous multi-drop experience is beneficial but not essential.
