Warehouse Operative (PM) – Bedford Depot

Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Hours:

40 per week on a 5‑out‑of‑7 rota (including weekends)
Environment:
Temperature‑controlled 4 °C warehouse

Pay:

• 90% performance: £12.69 per hour
• 100% performance: £14.10 per hour
• 110% performance: £15.51 per hour
• 120% performance: £16.92 per hour

• Accurately assemble customer orders.
• Pick and load goods onto cages safely.
• Input weighted items correctly.
• Follow stock rotation procedures.
• Perform various warehouse duties with precision and efficiency.
• Properly mark and store assembled orders for dispatch.

• Numerate and literate.
• Warehouse and distribution experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment.

• Ability to work in a freezer environment – £1.18 per hour premium.
• FLT (Reach/VNA) licence – £0.60 per hour premium.
