Whistl Bedford is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to support our Bedford operation and drive performance across the warehouse. You’ll lead by example, coach team members from induction, and step up in the Supervisor’s absence to ensure targets for volume, quality and efficiency are met.
This hands-on role requires 1+ years in a 3PL/FMCG environment, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. The shift is Monday to Friday 11pm–7:30am, with flexibility to work across locations.
