Role: PPT Driver
Location:
Bedford
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 08:00AM TO 17:00PM
Salary: £13.50 an hour, weekly pay
Immediate Start Available
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced PPT Driver to join a well established company based in Bedford, to support the team with pallet running
Duties of a PPT Driver:
- Safely operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to move pallets around the warehouse.
- Run pallets between production, storage and dispatch areas efficiently.
- Load, unload and position pallets safely and accurately.
- Support the wider warehouse team with general duties when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment, following all health & safety procedures.
What we would like from you:
- Valid PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) licence/certification with proven experience operating PPT equipment.
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience moving pallets safely and efficiently around the warehouse.
- Strong awareness of health & safety and safe manual handling practices.
- Reliable, hardworking and comfortable working as part of a busy warehouse team
