Minimum requirements:
- Matric and Maritime experience
- Strong Computer and communication skills (MS Word, Excel, Navis, Outlook)
- Valid drivers license
- Duties:
- Monitoring and reconcile depot daily tracking and stock reports
- Analysing daily Pending reports and correction of status flow
- Processing of rail and road transport instructions and follow up on deliveries
- Liaising with transport vendors on a daily basis and follow up on deliveries
- Control import road and rail overdue
- Liaising with depots on a daily basis for preparation of food grade and reefer containers
- Prepare and follow up of empty evacuation plans
- Processing of transport and depot Invoices
- Do container depot visits and audits
- Liaising with transporters, depots, rail and port authorities
