My Client based in Bedforview is seeking an Exports Clerk to be a part of their dynamic team.
Minimum requirements- Minimum NQF level 6 and Maritime experience.
- Strong Computer skills and communication
- Skills Professional Candidate to deal with third parties at all levels
- Duties:
- Capture / processing of export bookings on SOL confirming to shippers.
- Broadcasting notices to shippers for export matters e.g. stack dates.
- Monitor bookings and vessel stacks.
- Complete preloading process for vessels.
- Receive and on pass Shipping Instructions to the Mapping division for data capture.
- Proofreading and amendments to bill of lading data.
- Obtaining relevant shipping customs documents (cargo dues order/export bill of entry) from shippers.
