Modern Foreign Languages; MFL Teacher

The role

A high-performing secondary school is seeking an MFL Teacher to join its languages department. The role includes teaching French, Spanish or German across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities for the right candidate.

The school is looking for a teacher who can build confidence in speaking and listening skills, develop strong grammatical understanding, and foster a genuine interest in languages and culture.

Northumberland | 11–18 Secondary School with Sixth Form
£163 – £265.92 per day | PAYE | Dependent on experience

• Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons

• Prepare pupils for GCSE (and A-Level where applicable)

• Assess and monitor student progress

• QTS (or equivalent)

• Experience teaching at least one modern foreign language at secondary level

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to raising attainment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
