Salary: £90 - £100 per day
ResponsibilitiesThe position requires supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and encourage engagement in learning. The role may involve supporting students with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs.
Qualifications- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
- A good understanding of Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- The ability to support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help with onboarding
