Salary: £90 - £100 per day

The position requires supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and encourage engagement in learning. The role may involve supporting students with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND
• A good understanding of Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to support pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
