Bank Support Worker
Location: Bedlington
Salary: £13.45 – £14.15 + £3,000–£6,000 sleep-in allowance
Hours: Bank
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required

Keys is looking for caring and motivated Bank Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team in Bedlington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children and young people in a safe and nurturing home environment
• Build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Support daily routines, activities, and independence
• Provide emotional support and encouragement

What We're Looking For:

• A caring and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins
• Full UK Driving Licence
