Warehouse Admin

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Admin to support the Head of Logistics in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Singapore roads, be detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting the Head, Logistics in the following duties:
  Update inventory status (Receiving / Issuing) in the computer – AX system.
• Record all goods returned from installer / customer in the daily return excel file (Daily Return Records Folder).
• Schedule daily delivery & update daily delivery schedule excel file (Delivery Schedule Folder).
• Manage document files.
• Assist in daily warehouse related paperwork.
• Housekeeping.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
