Location:
Bedok North
Working Hours/Date:
Monday – Friday | 9am – 6pm
Salary: $2300 - $2700
Job Responsibilities- Handle daily administrative and accounting functions
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and office coordination
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external parties
- Perform data entry and prepare simple reports
- Assist in HR administrative duties including MOM submissions when required
- Support general office operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Admin & Accounts role
- Experience in Construction, Interior Design/Fit-Out, or Trading industry will be an advantage
- Familiar with MYOB, Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Outlook, , and other computer software
