Project Executive (Sports)
Salary:
Up to $3,600/month

We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to oversee manpower operations across multiple sports facilities and support the delivery of quality services across various sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and manpower deployment
- Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor service KPIs, operational performance, and quality standards
- Drive operational improvements and service excellence initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates
- Be on standby and responsive to operational needs when required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, manpower management, or service delivery
- Experience managing multi-site operations and large work forces preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible and willing to support operational requirements outside of regular hours when necessary
Based in Bedok (site visits to multiple locations required)
Full-Time Position
