Customer Service Officer - Emails/Calls | UP $15/hr, Bedok, 16 Mar - 2/3 Months

Job Details:
- Location:
Chai Chee/Bedok - Salary: $12/hr to $15/hr
- Duration:
Start 16th Mar - 2/3 Months (April/June) - Working hours:
- During Training Period:
Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm - After Training Period:
Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm
- During Training Period:
Job Scope:
- Handle inbound calls or emails from members of the public – can pick emails or calls team
- Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, record advised actions in system
Requirements:
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment
- Candidates who can commit throughout will be highly preferred
