Bedok (Transport provided @ Tanah Merah MRT)
Job Scope:
Handle daily membership enquiries via phone calls and emails.
Maintain accurate member records, account details, and service requests in the CMS.
Follow up on membership payments, renewals, and assist in closing membership sales.
Process new memberships, renewals, suspensions, resignations, and refunds.
Provide support at the Membership Centre and assist with front counter duties when required.
