Preschool Principal

The Methodist Preschool Services is seeking a dynamice, experienced and passionate Preschool Principal to lead our dedicated team of educators and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for our young ones.

• Provide visionary leadership to ensure the highest standards of education and care.
• Oversee daily operations, including curriculum implementation, staff management, and student enrolment.
• Foster a positive and collaborative school culture that promotes professional development and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, the church and the community.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and accreditation standards.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support the school's goals and priorities.

• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.
