Principal (Preschool)
Location:
Suntec, Thomson, Marine Parade, Bedok, Sengkang, East Coast, Toa Payoh
- Lead and support teaching staff in delivering the school’s curriculum and policies
- Plan staff schedules and conduct regular team meetings
- Manage administrative duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily centre operations, including childcare and infant care services
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Manage and support the SPARK accreditation process
- Build and maintain communication with parents and the community
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership (DPL)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a preschool setting
- Experience with SPARK accreditation is an advantage
