Student Care Teacher​/Senior Teacher - PlayFACTO

Established since 2015, PlayFACTO School is a premium education centre providing student care and enrichment for P1-P6 students. We focus on holistic education, teaching life skills to build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Join PlayFACTO @ Bedok Central as a Student Care Teacher to support primary students’ academic and character development through positive education, enrichment activities, and guided homework assistance in a nurturing environment.

• Provide emotional support and apply effective conflict resolution to foster students’ social-emotional growth
• Deliver lesson content in English, Maths, Chinese, and Science aligned with PlayFACTO’s character development and enrichment programs
• Supervise Primary 1 to 6 students to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily school homework and spelling tasks
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to preserve the centre’s premium environment and aesthetics
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians to update them on students’ academic progress, behaviour, and milestones
• Manage operational administrative tasks including drafting newsletters, tracking student progress, handling parent communications, and assisting with fee and form collections
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director

• Minimum Diploma qualification or prior relevant working experience
• Ability to guide Primary 1 to 6 students in English, Maths, Chinese, and Science

• Demonstrated strong work ethics and high integrity
• Positive attitude when facing challenges
• Passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
