Preschool Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement classroom programmes following centre policies and the ECDA framework to ensure curriculum compliance and quality learning outcomes
• Manage all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that that promotes children’s curiosity and active learning
• Chart developmental progress and prepare detailed portfolios for each child
• Partner closely with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and involvement in school events
• Foster teamwork and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Certified by ECDA at L2 category
• Energetic, creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Reliable and collaborative team player
