About the Role
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions based on project requirements
- Monitor project costs, track variances, and provide financial reports and forecasts
- Support procurement and contract administration, including quotations, claims, and variations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project progress
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and accurate pricing
- 2–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or M&E / Building Services.
- Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting, electrical panels, gensets, fire protection, ACMV).
- Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
