What- Lead and supervise the lift and escalator service team
- Provide technical support, monitoring performance, and resolve technical/contractual matters
- Liaise with customers regarding service activities and ensure prompt follow-up
- Coordinate and monitor daily works activities to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for the service team to enhance technical competency
- Prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in lift and escalator industry or in project management.
- Observe all safety compliances.
- Willingness to work after regular hours and be on standby when required.
- Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
