Import and Export Executive (Up to $3500 basic

Location:
East Singapore (Approx. 8 bus stops from Bedok MRT)

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 8:00am–6:00pm | Fri: 8:00am–5:00pm

• Manage end-to-end import & export shipments and documentation
• Prepare Trade Net permits, shipping documents, invoices and certificates
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and SFA regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Resolve shipment, customs clearance and documentation issues
• Maintain accurate shipping records and support logistics reporting

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• 3–5 years of IMPEX experience, preferably in food manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or trading
• Good knowledge of Trade Net, Singapore Customs and SFA regulations
• Experience handling shipping documentation and freight coordination
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
