  • Can work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, across three shifts:
  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
  • Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (1-hour break)
  • Closing Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (1-hour break)
Store Crews (Full Time / Part Time)

As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands‑on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.

Supervisor (Full Time)

As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. This role is suited for proactive individuals who enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.
  • Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.
  • Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ’N’ Level, ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
