Assistant Club Manager | Gym

About the role

We're looking for an Assistant Club Manager role at a gym in Bedok! This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident speaking to members and potential customers, and is comfortable taking initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the gym

• Welcome and engage with members and walk-in customers

• Handle enquiries and follow up with potential members

• Introduce and sell gym memberships and packages

• Conduct gym tours and explain membership options

• Support membership sales and work towards monthly targets

• Assist with member retention and customer service

• Keep the gym organised, presentable and welcoming

• Support the Club Manager with day‑to‑day tasks and operations

• Assist with social media content and be comfortable being on camera when required

About you

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable talking to people

• Not shy about approaching customers or starting conversations

• Not camera shy and comfortable appearing in simple social media content

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with sales and working towards targets

• Takes initiative and does not need to be constantly told what to do

• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently

• Interest in fitness or the gym environment

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness or hospitality preferred but not essential

• Working Hours - 5.5 days per week, including Saturday.

Basic salary from $2,600/month
, excluding commissions.

Additional incentives and commission opportunities are available based on performance.
