Assistant Club Manager

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and proactive Assistant Club Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of the club and interacting with members on a daily basis. This is a hands-on role where you will manage day-to-day operations, support sales, engage members and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

• Manage day-to-day club operations
• Handle membership enquiries, sign-ups, payments, follow-ups and general member requests
• Support the club's membership and PT sales targets
• Follow up with leads and prospects consistently
• Engage in sales conversations and ask for the sale
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members and create a positive club environment
• Keep the club organised, presentable and running smoothly
• Support the Club Manager with daily operations and team coordination
  
  Be comfortable being in front of the camera for social media and club content
• Support the team and interact with members on a daily basis

• Friendly, energetic and lively when interacting with members and prospects
• Able to multitask and manage different tasks without losing focus
• Able to think on your feet and handle situations without needing constant instructions
• Proactive and take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Confident speaking to members, prospects and the team
• Able to learn quickly and take ownership of the role
• Open to feedback and willing to learn and constantly look for ways to improve
• Accountable for your responsibilities and follow through on tasks
