Warehouse Assistant

Location:

Bedok North

Basic Salary:
Up to $2,500

Gross Salary:
Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

OT:
Required after 5:00 PM (High OT available, including Sundays when required)

• Receive, store, and issue raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and label products accurately according to order requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage of food products.
• Handle products in chiller and freezer environments while adhering to safety procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Support logistics coordination, delivery schedules, and other warehouse operations.
• Comply with company SOPs, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Comfortable with manual handling of food products.
• Comfortable working in chiller and freezer environments.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety and workplace safety practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support overtime after working hours and on Sundays when required.
