* Qualifications:

* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years in the Mission Critical, Data Centers, Control Systems industries with over 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Execution of Mission Critical, Data Center Engineering and/or Control Systems Engineering projects over $20M
- PMP / PMI certification with a proven track record in project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Skilled in resource scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Expert in Risk Management, Budget and Expense Management.
- Ability to navigate a matrix leadership environment, with strong team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve complex project issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting updates to large audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in resource planning and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in technical disciplines IE electrical, mechanical, control systems.
- Lead hiring and development of organization and Project Managers.
- Ability to travel at times
