- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and communicate current promos, store activities, and events.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store and in your area to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
- Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
- Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Educate guests on Target App features and services (e.g., Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and help them enroll or use these features.
- Assist with returns following store policies, escalating to leadership when needed.
- Maintain a clean, uncluttered work area and manage stock during store hours without compromising guest service.
- Adhere to safety, ethical conduct, and compliance policies; report hazards and take corrective action where possible.
- Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up, complying with relevant laws (e.g., adult beverage laws) as required.
- Other duties based on business needs.

- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
- Comfort with varying temperatures and environments, including areas like Drive-Up and carryout.
