Member Services Coordinator – HCI Sports & Fitness

Base pay: $13.00/hr – $16.75/hr

! As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave, we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to fill our part-time Member Services Coordinator role. If you’re passionate about health and fitness and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit for you! Retail or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong people skills are a must.

• Greet and provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests
• Offer tours, educate visitors on our programs, and assist with new member onboarding
• Follow up with leads and visitors to help meet monthly membership goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the facility
• Use and update our Club Ready operating system for member and guest accounts
• Support other front desk and customer service functions as needed

• Availability to work weekday morning opening shifts starting at 4:45 a.m.
• Previous customer service experience (retail and/or sales experience a plus)
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
• A friendly, attentive, and energetic personality
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive pay: $13 – $16.75 per hour

  Time and a half for working designated holidays
