Job Description

Arkansas State University – Beebe, a two-year residential community college that is part of the Arkansas State University System, is seeking to compile a pool of qualified candidates interested in future part‑time teaching opportunities in the John Deere program. The successful candidate will possess thorough knowledge of the discipline to share in the teaching of John Deere Equipment Maintenance courses to post-secondary students.

Courses taught specifically to John Deere tractors and implements include Controls, Electrical Systems, Hydraulics, Air Quality Systems, Power Trains, Harvesting Equipment, Diagnostics, Engine Systems, and Certifications. The successful candidate must embrace online education and Zoom technology as some courses will be delivered at a distance.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent education.
• 3 years of work experience in a John Deere Dealership or equivalent Tractor/AG Dealership.
• John Deere Core Certified Preferred

Minimum Salary or Salary Range

$650 per credit hour
