The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining attendance and flexible work hours.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
• Assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Providing excellent customer service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience and supporting store operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work may be required.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and move throughout the store efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel, lift, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
