APEX Communications, Arkansas’ largest AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking an immediate opening for a Connectivity Expert in Beebe, AR.

Education:

High School diploma or GED required; 2‑year Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Retail sales and customer service experience required. Basic computer and mobile phone knowledge desired.

Hours:

Full‑time with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $15.00 – $27.00 hourly basis on sales performance, uncapped commissions, and incentives.

• Assist new and existing customers with cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.
• Generate sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Become a product and solutions expert to help all customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
• Participate as a team player, constantly supporting other team members.
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School diploma or GED; 2‑year associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a will to win.
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.

• Strong base pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
