A top General Contractor in Indianapolis, we are looking to add a Lead Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.

• 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site
• Proficient with Procore
• OSHA 30‑Hour
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
