Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for home health care? We’re seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager who leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality care delivery—all while helping shape the future of home health services.
CompensationBase pay range: $53.00/hr - $64.00/hr
Qualifications- Clear and Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 1 year of home health and/or hospice experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a nurse manager or supervisor
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation
